Our Director, Robert Caniglia, is the founder of the brand and is ‘hands on’ in the business on a daily basis. Robert prides himself on our team, our service delivery and ensuring our clients satisfaction is always the focus of everything we do!
Robert’s qualifications and Travel Industry experience extend to over 25 years in the travel industry.
History
Roberts extensive experience within the travel industry includes senior management roles at multiple Travel Companies in Australia including:
- Sales Manager – Corporate Traveller
- Regional Director of Sales WA, SA & NT – Flight Centre Corporate Brands (FCm Travel Solutions, Corporate Traveller, Flight Centre Business Travel)
- Business Analysis and Solutions Manager – Corporate Travel Management (CTM)
- General Manager – Corporate Travel Connections (CT Connections)
- Strategic Sales Manager – ATPI Travel Group
He has been responsible for over $70M in annual sales budget and received many awards for his achievements including being top Business Development Manager Australia, in the top 3 National Business Development Managers for 4 years consecutively, and leader of the Most Productive Team in Australia for 3 consecutive years.
Rob has extensive personal travel experience to:
- Asia – Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bali, Lombok, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Langkawi, Kota Kinabalu, Kuantan (Malaysia), Krabi (Thailand), Koh Samui, Ho chi Minh, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hanoi, Ha Long, Tam Coc, Phu Quoc
- Europe – UK, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Italy, Sicily, Malta, Greece, Croatia, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Turkey
- India – Rajasthan including Delhi, Mandawa, Bikaneer, Jaisalmer, Johdpur, Udaipur, Jaipur, Agra

Joe Cicirello is one of our Senior Travel Associates, and delivers exceptional service and knowledge to his valued clients!
Joe’s travel industry experience extends to over 30 in the travel industry in roles ranging from Senior travel consultant to Managing Director in many travel companies specialising in Sport, Leisure and Corporate travel.
He has visited and has amazing firsthand knowledge in:
- Asia – Singapore, Bali, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Krabi (Thailand), Ho hi Minh, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hanoi, Ha Long, Japan
- Europe – Italy, Sicily, Greece, Croatia, Belgium, Switzerland and France
Senior Consultant
Our Senior Consultant, Pamela Caniglia, is involved in the business daily and provides invaluable support for our customers during and after business hours!
Pamela has a passion for travel and her Travel Industry experience extends to over 19 years in many varied and interesting destinations.
She has visited and has amazing first hand knowledge in:
- Asia – Singapore, Bali, Lombok, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Langkawi, Kota Kinabalu, Kuantan (Malaysia), Krabi (Thailand), Koh Samui, Ho hi Minh, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hanoi, Ha Long, Tam Coc.

Pamela also manages our Groups area providing travel logistics support to many sporting and corporate groups within Australia and overseas.
